In order to meet the inhouse requirement of quality product, Pramur set up its own unit for manufacturing concrete blocks and allied products.
The unit’s uniqueness is evident in the different techniques employed
Use of large non tilting drum, to ensure continious supply of uniform consistency mix.
Use of triple vibrator casting machine, to give higher density blocks resulting in higher strength.
Use of fibre and chemicals, to ensure additional compressive strength and good edges.
Complete curing period is ensured by displaying the date of casting on all the batches.
Adequate stock is always available to facilitate prompt supply.
Pre-cast and Pre-stressed lintels
Lintels are short beams and essentially part of any building. These members not only provide a clear span for a good view to the outside world, but its main function is to serve as an intermediate member in transferring the loads safely. Conventional lintels (cast in-situ) take up considerable time to cast & install. As another feather in its cap of allied products, Pramur has introduced its very own, next generation pre-cast, pre-stressed, light weight lintels. U-shaped and easy to transport and install, these are manufactured under strict conditions of quality control using high grade concrete. Testing of these members is done by a reputed institution.
